Our First Regular Worship Service

Updated: Aug 11, 2022

So here we are, still in the middle of an international pandemic, an astonishing European land war, Australian election season, social turmoil throughout the West, the looming threat of Asian conflict, trade wars and the seemingly increasing trials and tribulations of daily life.

So why start a new, independent Church in the heart of the Swan Valley in Western Australia?

Why? Because God has called us to it and we need Him more than ever!

Over several years of prayer, thought, discussion and personal preparation, my family has embarked on the course of starting an indepdendent church, because we believe that after a lifetime of preparation, God wants us to use what he has given to us to share the message of Jesus Christ and of His Kingdom and to share in that life with old and new believers.

The fact is, there is no greater assurance for any of us in this life than the promises inherent in the life, the mission, the death and the resurrection to life of Jesus Christ. And all along, God had a plan which He built into every deail of the various proclamations of revelation that we now know as the Bible, the Word of God.

And that Word has surprising things to say about God, Jesus Christ, you, me and the world around us.

So, we are now going about starting a church congregation that faithfully teaches from the Word of God, celebrates the same kinds of celebrations that Jesus himself took part of when He walked amongst his disciples, teaching the same commandments that Christ instructed his people to follow if they wanted to follow Him.

And all the way, we are saying, "God, help us to faithfully and honestly serve you and those whom you would call to follow you."

Join us for our inaugural service on Saturday, May 28. You are welcome any time from 9 am. Worship Services start promptly at 10 am.

The venue is Ellenbrook Christian College, 'G' block. You can find a map on our 'Services' page, under 'About Us'.

It's not necessary, but we recommend that you notify you us that you're coming or check the website on any given week, in case there are last-minute changes or cancellations.

We hope to see you there!

Peter
